RESERVATION POLICY

Reservations

  • We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
  • Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person at the restaurant.
  • Please arrive promptly for your reservation; tables will be held for 15 minutes past the booked time before being released.

Group Bookings

  • For parties of 6 or more, we may require a deposit to confirm your booking.
  • Large party bookings may be asked to pre-order from a set menu.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your booking.
  • For large group bookings, 48 hours’ notice is required.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation terms are not met.
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future reservations.

Special Requests & Allergies

  • Please inform us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or access needs at the time of booking.
  • While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee all requests can be met.

Table Allocation

  • Specific table requests will be noted but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Management reserves the right to reallocate tables as required for operational reasons.

Dining Time

  • To ensure all guests enjoy their experience, we may operate a time limit on tables during busy periods (typically 2 hours for parties of up to 4 guests, longer for larger groups).

Special Events

  • For ticketed or special events, different booking and cancellation terms may apply (these will be clearly communicated at the time of booking).
